Refund Policy

Items from our store are print on demand. This means they are unique and produced only once ordered. If your order is damaged or there is a manufacturing error, please contact us within 15 days to discuss a refund or replacement. Provide both a description of the manufacturing error and a photo of the item in an email to hello@neill.design.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items ordered in the wrong size, color or in situations where a product is no longer desired.
